Andhra Bank Probationary Officers Result 2015: Andhra Bank declared result for Probationary Officers (PGDBF 2016-17) at the official website of commission i.e. www.andhrabank.in. Bank conducted online test to take qualified, skilled and enthusiastic people for 200 PO posts on 27 December 2015 (Sunday).

Andhra Bank invited online applications for filling up the 200 posts of Probationary Officer (PO). Candidates who are interested and eligible applied for these posts. Candidates who appeared for the online exam can check their results now as the results were declared. The lists of shortlisted candidates are uploaded on the website of Bank. The next phase is interview, which is scheduled on 3rd, 4th and 5th February 2016 for successful candidates in written exam.

Andhra Bank PGDBF 2016-17:

Andhra Bank is a medium-sized public sector bank (PSB), Bank select candidates through IBPS Written Test and Interview for selection of Probationary Officer will go through a nine month Campus programme at Manipal Academy of Banking, Bangalore Campus, to be followed by a three months internship at any of the  Bank Branches to take qualified, skilled and enthusiastic people for PO posts. The compulsory 3-months internship will be at any of the Bank Branches which will enable an on the-job training of the candidates and also a real-time work experience.

“Andhra Bank” was founded by the eminent freedom  fighter and a multifaceted genius, Dr. Bhogaraju Pattabhi Sitaramayya. The Bank was registered on 20th November 1923 and commenced business on 28th November 1923 with a paid up capital of Rs 1.00 lakh and an authorised capital of Rs 10.00 lakhs.
