CBSE NET Answer Key: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the CBSE NET Answer Key for UGC NET 2016 Exam at the official website of CBSE NET i.e. www.cbsenet.nic.in.
CBSE Successfully conducted the UGC NET 2016 exam on 10th July 2016. Around lakh’s of candidates registered for NET July 2016. UGC National Eligibility Test for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Eligibility for Assistant Professor (UGC NET Dec 2015) conducted on 10th July 2016 . The CBSE UGC NET 2016 Exam was conducted for the purpose of appointment of eligible candidates as Assistant Professor and Junior Research Fellowship in government colleges of different states across the India.

Verification of Scanned Images of OMR Answer Sheets, Recorded Responses & Answer Key
All the candidates who appeared in UGC – NET July, 2016 held on 10/07/2016 (28/08/2016 at Srinagar) are informed that the scanned images of OMR answer sheets of the candidates with their recorded responses & answer keys will be uploaded on the website cbsenet.nic.in from 02/09/2016 to 09/09/2016. The candidates are allowed to challenge the recorded responses if these differ from the ones they had marked on the OMR sheet. The challenge of scanned images of OMR answer sheets & answer key will be accepted online only, through the link available on the website cbsenet.nic.in from 02/09/2016 to 09/09/2016. The challenges submitted by post or in person will not be accepted. The prescribed fee of Rs. 1000/- per recorded response challenged will be required to be submitted through Credit/Debit Card or e-Challan only upto 09/09/2016.
Similarly, the candidates are also allowed to challenge the answer keys through the link available on the website cbsenet.nic.in from 02/09/2016 to 09/09/2016. A fee of Rs. 1000/- per question will be required to be submitted through credit/debit card or e-challan. The fee once paid is non refundable.
If the challenge is accepted by the Board i.e. if the recorded response is not the same as marked by the candidate on OMR sheet, correction will be done and the fee will be refunded. In case, any registered candidate does not submit the challenge by the prescribed date and time, it will be presumed that his/her recorded response is the same as marked on OMR sheet. Similarly, if the challenge is accepted by the Board i.e. if any mistake is noticed by the subject experts in the answer key, a policy decision will be notified in the newspapers and the fee shall be refunded. CBSE’s decision on the challenges shall be final and no further communication will be entertained.

CBSE successfully conducted December NET 2016 in 84 subjects 1344 exam centers at 89 selected NET Examination Cities across the country on 1oth July 2016 (Sunday). The candidates who qualify for the award of Junior Research Fellowship are eligible to pursue research in the subject of their post-graduation or in a related subject and are also eligible for Assistant Professor.
The award of JRF and Eligibility for Assistant Professor both OR Eligibility for Assistant Professor only will depend on the performance of the candidate in all three papers of NET. However, the candidates qualifying exclusively for Assistant Professor will not be considered for award of JRF.
CBSE UGC-NET Exam
NET exam will determined the eligibility of Indian nationals for the Eligibility for Assistant Professor or Junior Research Fellowship & Eligibility for Assistant Professor both in Indian universities and colleges. The candidates who qualify for the award of Junior Research Fellowship are eligible to pursue research in the subject of their post-graduation or in a related subject and are also eligible for Assistant Professor. The NET exam has been conducted twice in a year; one in the month of June and another in the month of December every year.
