IBPS Clerks V Preliminary 2015 Analysis: IBPS CWE Clerk V Cut Off Score

IBPS CWE Clerk Prelims 2015: Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducting the CWE Clerk 2015 Pre Exam. IBPS Clerk (Preliminary) Exam 2015 started on December 5, 2015. This exam is being conducted for the first time. Online Examination-Preliminary dates 05-12-2015, 06-12-2015, 12-12-2015, 13-12-2015, 19-12-2015 and 20-12-2015. This time it is being held in four time slots from morning to evening. The exam will span over a period of two weeks, ending December 20, 2015. A total of 100 questions had to be answered in 60 minutes. Each correct answer will fetch 1 mark while each incorrect answer will reduce the score by 0.25.

IBPS Clerk V Cut off Score

Each candidate has to obtain a minimum score in each test and also a minimum total score, to be considered to be shortlisted for interview. Depending on number of the State/ UT wise vacancies available, cutoffs will be decided and candidates will be shortlisted for interview. Prior to the completion of the interview process, scores obtained in the online examination will not be shared with the candidates shortlisted for interview. The cut off score is calculated separately for each state/UT.

The cut-off data for past year is as follows –

  • IBPS Clerk V 2012 – 52 to 105 (Written), 50.00 to 66.60 (Final)
  • IBPS Clerk V 2013 – 63 to 111 (Written), 34.60 to 64.40 (Final)
  • IBPS Clerk V 2014 – 80 to 133 (Written), 42.40 to 73.60 (Final)

The cut-off in clerical recruitment varies from state to state.
