IBPS Recruitment for PSBs follows 2 or 3 tier scheme. While IBPS RRB & SO recruitment are two phase processes, IBPS PO & Clerk consists of three stages. The first phase is Common written examination, followed by Interview and the final placement.
Recruitment of Probationary Officers or Management Trainees. It is a three tier recruitment process consisting of a Preliminary exam of 100 marks of 60 minutes duration, followed by a main exam for shortlisted candidates, of 200 marks with a duration of 120 minutes followed by an Interview.
Selection Process for PO/MT Recruitment 2015: Candidates have to qualify all the phases mentioned below:
