Today’s Release: Akira – Sonakshi Sinha has come up after a long time with her kicking thriller and much awaited Akira which means graceful strength. The movie has released on the September 2, 2016 calling for the beginning of weekend. We have come up with movie review and Akira Show times. It is a woman centric movie which is a new version of Tamil film ‘Mouna Gure’ which was a male centric film. The Hindi action drama where Dabangg girl Sonakshi Sinha is playing the lead role has gathered positive response from the audience in its opening.
AR Murugadoss directorial Akira film 2016 revolves around a girl Akira Sharma who is engaged in her college studies. She is always surrounded by problems and finds herself in wrong situation. The story takes a twist when she finds herself in a big trouble, and proves herself innocent by fighting against the four corrupt police officers single handedly and forms the crux of the story.
Akira directed by AR Murugadoss, Sonakshi Sinha a lead role with Anurag Kashyap, Konkona Sen Sharma, Teena Singh, Amit Sadh, Urmila Mahanta and Atul Kulkarni as other characters. The movie can make you remember Sunny Deol in Ghaayal where he fought with courage single hand. At some points the story seems to lose the hold of audience but then again grips it when Sonakshi Sinha stuns the audience with her stunts. As it is said that you always get attracted to what you cannot do, here watching her’s fighting with 8-10 people alone is the complete catch.
Akshay Kumar and Raai Laxmi have made cameo appearance, which is again the big attraction of the film. Konkona Sen Sharma, Anurag Kashyap, Teena Singh, Amit Sadh, Urmila Mahanta and Atul Kulkarni are also assets of the movie, says the audience. AR Murugadoss has jointly produced “Akira” with Fox Star Studios and made sure that the film has outstanding production values. RD Rajasekhar’s cinematography, brilliant choreography of action scenes, music given by Vishal Shekhar and Karan Singh Rathore’s dialogue are the big attractions on the technical front, adds the audience.
